so yesterday was my last day at the hartford courant. i'll be starting a new job at the virginian-pilot in october. i'm hoping to head to bangladesh for a story in between.
i'll deeply miss the photo department at the courant, who were like a family to me. i'm grateful to have had the opportunity to work with them.
a door closes, a new path opens, a step forward begins.

Dude, I had no idea, but congrats on the new job! Good luck with your new digs.
Ross,
You will be missed. You continue to be an inspiration to many.
I was telling Preston when I'm down that way to visit my dad, you have to come over for some of his famous cooking.
Best,
Corey Perrine
Ross,
I have followed your blog for a while now. I am a photojournalist and designer and web guy for the four Hearst Connecticut Media Group newspapers. It's been a pleasure following your work and I wish you the best. Will you continue to update this blog?
good luck ross, you da man
congrats on the move Ross, you deserve the best (and warmer weather and sweeter tea). Enjoy Bangladesh and shout me a hollar when you're in the city.
