b-17
so i got to go up in a b-17 bomber -= best part was you can stick your head out of the plane while in route. great to meet some of the WWII vets along the way as well.
i can't imagine bombing anything (except for the GRE when i finally get around to taking it)

Hey Ross, I've gotten to go up twice for two different newspapers when the B-17's have made their rounds and I must admit.. My favorite part is sticking my head out the hatch! It just doesn't get old!
I would venture to say after your B-17 flight, you're now even more prepared for the flight into the "eye of the storm" ;)
cool, i'd give my left one to ride in that baby.
